Here is my latest watercolor painting. I call it Playa Choncal "Shell Beach" the painting is based on a actual visit to Costa Rica, Beautiful beaches with mountains in the background. I picked a stormy scene for there are several storms each day. Named for the millions of crushed seashells that wash upon its shores, Playa Conchal is a shimmering beauty of pink sand and turquoise sea. The idyllic stretch of beach is set in a curved bay overlooking the Catalina Islands, one of the north Pacific’s hottest snorkeling and diving spots.11 X 14 on Watercolor board, comes with frame shown!
